(hereinafter HOLDER) is the owner. HOLDER with registered office at Pol. Ind. El Bovalar C / Dr. Fleming, 43 46970 de Alacuas (Valencia) (Spain), with N.I.F number B97970354.


 

Through its website www.thelifeisshort.com, HOLDER provides information about its products and services and offers the possibility of contracting it. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, people who want to benefit from its services must have the condition of CLIENT, which they acquire by completing the registration form and following the steps that Life is short s.l. later communicates via email. The condition of Client supposes the adhesion to the CU in the version published at the moment in which the Website is accessed.

PRICES

All the prices of the products indicated on the website come without VAT included. And these prices do not include the costs of shipping the products. For all destinations, the expenses will be detailed separately according to the rate and must be accepted by the Client.

AVAILABILITY

Life is short s.l. will do everything possible to please all its Clients in the demand for the products. However, sometimes, and due to causes that are difficult to control by Life is short s.l. PAYMENT

The client agrees to pay the order through the different forms of payment that are provided. At the initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered, the corresponding VAT will be included, minimum order in the peninsula € 200, in the Balearic Islands and Portugal € 200, shipments to the Canary Islands € 400. For shipments outside Spain, other minimum order amounts will be applied, which will be previously communicated to the Client on the website before formalizing the purchase itself.


Payment methods:

Cash on delivery (only for shipments from Spain to the Peninsula and islands): If you choose cash on delivery, you will have to pay the courier the amount of the order. You will also receive at the email address that you provide us with all the details of your order. The reimbursement costs are always paid by Life is short s.l.


Bank transfer: Our bank details will be transmitted to you in the validation of your order. As soon as we receive the money in our account (the transfer normally takes 2 to 3 days to be effective), we send you the products of your order (all packages are sent on the business day following the effective payment).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

We ship all of our packages by certified package Monday through Friday. Does not deliver on Sunday. You can receive the package directly at DHL or CORREOS EXPRESS agency as close to your home as possible, for more comfort. The indicated delivery period refers to working days and does not start until your payment is received. If your payment or your order is confirmed before 14:00 noon, your package leaves the same day, if later, your package leaves after 24 hours. For deliveries in the Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta or outside of Spain, check costs and delivery times before placing the order.

 

RETURNS

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, except in the case of a defective product. All returned products must be intact, complete and in their original packaging. Not having been used in any case. Once we verify that the product is complete and in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of that product. Once the product is received, our team will verify the failure and only the really defective ones will be replaced by new ones. The products that after our check are non-defective will be sent back with instructions on the possible use problems that are causing the failures. We reserve the right to reject a return if we doubt the conditions in which the product has reached us. If you do not want the exchange, a discount will be credited to your customer account. No exchange, discount or refund can be made if the products are not returned to our customer service by normal shipping method, within 15 days (from the receipt of your order). We will not accept responsibility for products lost in transit in the event of a return. A product offered free of charge cannot be refunded or returned.
