Terms of sale
Guarantee
All our products have a two-year-guarantee
from the date of delivery, in accordance with legal provisions.
Faults due to carelessness, knocks, misuse or normal wear and
tear are not included.
When the use of the guarantee is justifiable,
the item will be repaired, replaced or there will be a discount or refund, in
accordance with legal provisions.
The payment receipt will be essential to be able to make use of
the guarantee.

Refund
You can return your order within seven
(7) days upon delivery. Return shipping expenses are at your own expense.
Tarongina will not accept refunds of items that have been
damaged by the user. Items cannot show any signs of having been used and have
to be in their original packaging, except if there is a lack of compliance of
the item with the periods and other legal conditions established in the RDL
1/2007.
We will issue your refund soon after receiving your return at
our warehouse and checking its status. The
purchase price will be reimbursed through the same method of payment used when
placing the order.
