ROSSIGNOL 9X OVERSIZE

This is FIS approved, factory version which is built specifically for racing. It uses a sandwich construction and has a narrower sidecut than the standard 9X Oversize.

As expected the Rossignol gives out very high levels of grip, particularly through the middle of the turn, where it bites hard, even into the most demanding of snow conditions. For such a high performance ski it has a relatively soft flex which gives it great sensitivity and touch on the snow. It’s a ski that allows you to really feel what’s happening underfoot, which can be a huge benefit when trying to make adjustments on the move to maintain grip, whatever the difficulty of the snow conditions. Stability was very impressive for such a soft flexing race ski, with no vibration or harshness when moving at maximum speed.
